Packs are offered at checkout after your first decode. Unused reports never expire. Dealers and frequent buyers can ask about volume pricing.

What happens if nothing is found?
The decode and a summary of which sections have records are shown before you pay. If every section is empty, you will know before spending anything. An empty recall section is good news about the car, not a fault in the report, but it is your call whether the summary is worth the price.
Refunds
If the report identifies the wrong vehicle, or fails to open, e-mail help@carhenry.com with the report number and we refund the purchase. A short human reply, not a ticket queue. Full report return policy.
Payment
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The charge appears on your statement as CARHENRY. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number. More about security.

Is there a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed number of reports.
Can I check the car before paying?
Yes. The free decode shows the make, model, year, engine and plant, plus which sections have a record. Payment comes after that.
Does the price change by vehicle?
No. Every report is the same price regardless of make, model or age.
Can I get a title or accident check from you?
Not at the moment. Title brands and accident claims come from NMVTIS-approved providers and the two big history services; see how they compare.
