Payments

Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment processor on their systems. Card numbers are entered into the processor's secure form, never into ours, and we never see or store a full card number. The charge appears on your statement as CARHENRY.

Connection

carhenry.com is served over HTTPS only. Requests over plain HTTP are redirected.

Data

We keep the minimum: the VIN, your e-mail and the report, for 12 months, then delete them. Access to stored data is limited to the people who answer support requests. Analytics are first-party and do not include the content of reports.

If you believe you have found a security issue on carhenry.com, e-mail help@carhenry.com with "security" in the subject line. We reply to every report.
